If you have an item that you want to complain about, you must first have your complaint approved by our customer service.

  1. Check that your complaint meets [the terms and conditions for complaints]
  2. Create your complaint request in our returns portal including:
    + Description of the error/defect
    + Photo documentation
  3. Customer service will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
  4. Customer service will guide you through the complaint.

As soon as we receive your package at the warehouse, we will process your return. Typically within 1-3 business days, but a maximum of 14 days. You can track your return package on the returns portal*

You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method* you used for the purchase. Once we have processed your return, the amount will typically be in your account within 2-3 banking days.

*MobilePay: The original payment is adjusted to the new total amount and appears as a 'new' payment. Anyday/ViaBill: The money is paid to your ViaBill or Anyday account.

The courier collects packages from us every day at approximately 2:00 p.m. Therefore, for 95% of packages, orders:

There are variations in the carrier's pickup time and the busyness of the warehouse, which affects how quickly your package arrives.

EXCHANGE: If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order with the new items and return the old ones. We will process the two orders separately.

RETURNS: If you wish to return a package received outside Denmark, you must be responsible for the return shipping. You can return a package no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase.

  1. Pack your items and enclose a note with your order number and name.

  3. Save your tracking number and shipping receipt.

According to the Danish Sales Act, we offer a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your goods. If you send the package later than 14 days after, we allow ourselves to offset 20% of the total purchase price, unless otherwise agreed.

Return packages are processed as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after Stilkompagniet.dk has received the return package. You will receive an email when we have received and processed your return.

Start by registering your package in the returns portal.

Once your return request has been created, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping label.

You can now choose

  1. to write the code clearly on the outside of the package – the parcel shop uses the code to generate and apply the label.
  2. to print a package label and apply it to the package.

You can find your package code in the returns portal at any time by logging in with the same order number and postal code that the return request is registered with.

How to do it:

  1. Have your order number and email address ready.
  2. Register your return package in the return portal and select the return method: Drop off at the warehouse in Holbæk.
  3. Pack your items and write your order number, name and email address on the outside of the package so we can identify your items.
  4. Drop off the package in the 'basket' at the warehouse during opening hours.

⮕ REGISTER RETURN

When you have dropped off your return package at the parcel shop, you will receive an email with track & trace information so that you can always track the package. NB! Remember to save this email, as it is your 'receipt' that the package has been shipped.

You can always log in to the returns portal with your original order number + postal code and see how far your package has reached.

⮕ TRACK RETURN PACKAGE

You can find your order number in the original order confirmation or by logging into 'my account'.

*The above applies to return packages in Denmark sent and registered in our return portal. If you have sent a return package from abroad, you must find tracking information from the shipping company you used.

Once we have processed your return, the amount will typically be in your account within 2-5 banking days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

GIFTS

Yes, you can. You add wrapping to your cart. It costs 15 DKK* to have gifts wrapped.

The wrapped item will always be given an extended date stamp. Please state in the comments box at checkout when the gift should be given and we will adjust the date on the exchange stamp.

NB! Remember to enclose the delivery note, which is the exchange receipt that the recipient uses to exchange the gift.

We offer an extended exchange period for gifts with our exchange label (14 days from the date on the label).

When purchasing as a gift, please write in the comments field that it is a gift and the date it should be given.

In addition to the extended exchange period, the exchange is handled as a regular return case, and therefore you must coordinate internally yourself.

This means:

  • Log in with the information used to purchase the gift.
  • Exchanges can be made for free for another size, another item or a gift card.
  • A refund of the purchase can be requested (the return shipping fee of DKK 49 will be deducted from the refund). The money will be paid to the same payment method* used for the purchase.
