We sell both bags that we have selected ourselves and bags on commission.
Before a bag is allowed to land on our shelves, it is carefully reviewed, evaluated and described - so you know exactly what you are buying.
We always photograph the items in natural light and we honestly describe any signs of use such as small scratches, patina or light wear.
We'd rather be a little too thorough than too smooth – because trust is the whole point of preloved.

Right of complaint on preloved bags
When you buy a preloved bag from Stilkompagniet, the Danish Purchase Act still applies – just with slightly different terms.
The warranty period is 12 months , and it covers defects that were present at the time of purchase or that we should have informed you about.
Changes due to normal use, aging or previous treatments, on the other hand, are a natural part of the preloved universe and are not considered defects.
In short: We guarantee 100% that you will receive the bag we have described – but no bags were born yesterday. And that is precisely what makes them unique.
