TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS

Validity:

Gift certificates and vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
We follow current Danish legislation on electronic gift cards, see the Limitation Act §3 and the Payments Act §96.

Electronic gift card

The gift card is issued electronically and distributed via email. Your gift card is a gift card code that is entered when purchasing in stilkompagniet.dk 's webshop. You can choose to have the gift card sent to your own or the recipient's email address.

If the gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed

Gift cards are so-called bearer certificates. Like cash, they can be used by the person who has it in their hand. This means that you are not entitled to have the gift card replaced if it is damaged, lost or stolen.

Right of withdrawal

Gift certificates purchased from Stilkompagniet that have not been redeemed before the cancellation period are covered by our general right of return of 14 days, cf. the Danish Sales Act.

Handling of bankruptcy

In the event of the company's bankruptcy or closure, the value of the gift card may be lost - we recommend that gift cards be used as soon as possible.
